My history
I live at San narciso village, a vivid place where I have spent 20 years of my life. I was born on November sixteenth 1990 to a family who loved me from the time I was conceived in this world. My mother, Marcela Dominguez and father Jose Louis Dominguez decided to name me just as my older sister, something that I Don’t like much because we get confused. At the age of four I started my education at the San Narciso pre-school. I continued there until I reached to standard four when I was transferred to the Presbyterian school at Concepcion Village. It was really hard for me because I missed my old friends from my previous school. I didn’t play with anyone, I never ate and even I used not to do my homework so that my parents would take me back to my old school. Because of that I was transferred again to my previous school where I managed to graduate from.
When I was thirteen I was able to enter high school thanks to my good grades that I obtained at school. That was a different story because some of my friends were with me and we were where we never thought to be. It was an amazing year for me. I got to know other students from other places who became my friends for the year. I was able to move on from form to form until I reach last year where everything was hard work for me because I didn’t want to fail. I lived the best four years of my life at high school. That is what I could say was my best achievement during that time.
For the time being at high school I had a boyfriend who visited me at home. One day he was with me when my cousin reached drunk and wanted to hit him. He was so angry that he started cosing at me and then my boyfriend took me inside the house and my cousin started banging the door until he broke it . That was a shock to me that I just could not control my crying and my nerves. For that night my mother took me to the hospital so that they could inject me so that I could sleep. Because of that experience I still have that trauma that now I can not stand a problem that entails aggression.
The happiest moment I have ever had in my life was a day when my father came from the u.s. and we went to have lunch at a restaurant sharing jokes and enjoying the time being. The saddest moment that I have ever experienced was a time when my father chased me from my home because he was told that I had a boyfriend felt very sad when I heard the words coming out of my fathers mouth . He threatened me by telling me that if I don’t leave he would not send more money for my family. It was the worst experience I have had. The scariest moment I have ever had was at Belmopan city, we went for the riot that the politicians had. It was really scary to see how the soldiers were throwing bombs of gas and how the people were stoning the policemen. I have also had a moment of embarrassment. I really felt embarrassing when I was going to visit my boyfriend and while coming down from the bus I dropped from the steps. The worst thing was that I had to go back home with the same bus. My live has drastically changed in so many ways. During me child hood I used to pay no mind to what my parents really wanted for me. Now that my father is not with us and we have to continue our lives keeping him in our minds and heart. I have learned to value things for what is inside not the cover and also to appreciate and love what we have now and not value it until we lose it.
For the time that I have lived this live I have had many good and bad influences. The bad influences I received from colleagues at high school. They influenced me to do stupidities as to go out with a guy for a day and then breakup. The good influences I have until now is that of my parents who are always telling me how to go on achieving my goals and how to plan my future. My role models on this world is to be a good student to finish my education work and help my parents and to one day have a business which would aim to develop the country and help the young’s plan their lives without passing through difficult times and experience.
